Yes, it's that time of year again - the time when we leave the heat of LA and head off for the heat of Europe! It's 107 here in LA today so we are looking forward to being a little bit cooler in London.

Libby and I recently returned from an amazing trip to Laos and Thailand. We did a month long trip overland sourcing out fantastic indigo fabrics, silk scarves and visiting the weavers who make the gorgeous textiles by hand.

While Christmas may only be a few weeks away here in LA - yikes, wasn't it a hundred degrees just a couple of weeks ago - it's just the beginning of Summer in Australia. Time for the beach and trips on the water. Luckily for us the Summer months are busy Down Under during our quieter time.

Our Beautiful Scarves Arrived! May 20 2014
Really excited to report our lovely scarves arrived this week! All the way from Northern Thailand, they are hand woven in 100% cotton and dyed a variety of beautifully muted colours using plant based dyes.

We are en route to our hat village for more hats. This is always our favourite time of the year.What could be better than travelling through Mexico, stopping to eat amazing food and meeting unforgettable people?
And at the end of the day there is always Tequila!
